Who Is Limbitless?
At one point in time, Limbitless was a conventional prosthetic clinic in Central California, helping amputees and those who needed orthoses (braces).

If you look carefully at the current model of the hip (here), you will see that there's no horizontal force associated with it.
Pause for a moment..
Think about a kid making a snow angel in winter. There's a horizontal force acting on the thigh, right? And... There's no horizontal force acting on the fulcrum in the hip model, right? What's mind-blowing is that if these two things are true as they self-evidently appear to be...
Then our current model of the hip is wrong.
In 2015, it took me 6 months of thinking "what am I missing?" before it sank in. With all of the millions of people across the world doing healthcare and the countless hip replacements... how can they not be working with an accurate model of the hip?
People have clamored "You need to publish!" and "You have to take this to a university!"
To that, I respond, "You mean, so I can get a pat on the back and have others make money? You mean that I'm supposed to expect academics to do peer review and not try to take credit themselves?"
I believe that there are better alternatives to developing innovation that don't blindly entrust the process to universities. And that is what I am currently pursuing. I have IP based on the findings. The insights from a better hip model haven't just harnessed more power, the discovery is predictive, allowing me to identify problematic elements of design in current hip implants.
The thing about a predictive discovery is that you get to do something better than expensive, time-consuming clinical trials. You get to simply read the clinical trials of others and apply the corrected mathematical equation to their data. That's what Watson and Crick did to discovery the double helix. That's how they discovered the planet Neptune in 1846. And that's what's possible here.
